My Day on a Plate: Flavia Cacace

10.30am A latte and cereal with semi-skimmed milk, then buttered toast, stretching while I walk around.

11.30am More toast, another latte and a banana before the first performance. I mix a Berocca tablet into a litre of water for the day.

1pm Arrive at the venue and start warm-up exercises with Vincent, my partner on Strictly Come Dancing. If I'm peckish I have some pretzels and peanuts.

2.30pm The show is very physical, with 33 tango numbers. Have a quick slurp of water when I change costumes and more during the interval.

4.30pm Food is my major objective when I come off, but I mustn't forget there's more jumping around to do later. Eat some bits from M&S in my dressing-room: parma ham and salami, prawns with hummus, olives, and a ham sandwich.
