12pm Pick up some sea bass from the fish market then watch the fishing boats coming in.
1pm Chicken salad. Try to avoid sandwiches unless they're the only thing I can get my hands on.
4pm Tea-and-cake time, or occasionally a Red Bull.
7pm Norman makes an amazing fish stew. We're so lucky that we can get fresh fish at the bottom of our road.
11pm I'm a terrible late-night snacker. Try to eat cereal but often have crisps while watching the telly. A stick of celery doesn't do it for me.

Zoe hasn't managed to shift her body clock to expect breakfast soon after waking. This means the start of her eating day lags about six hours behind. Even so, what she eats is nutrient-dense, and I'm envious of her choice of fresh fish on the doorstep. She is perhaps a little carb-phobic, when carbs would help give her an energy boost.
