6am Straight to the gym. Yogurt with raspberries and blueberries afterwards, plus orange juice and tea with milk.
9.30am Arrive at the Got to Dance studio for meetings with our producer.
11am In position on the panel to judge today's auditions. I try to hold off my cravings with almonds and water.
2pm Toasted sandwich with ham, cheese, tomato and lettuce, and some carrot sticks with hummus. Blueberries and red grapes for a snack ? I'm trying to eat fruit instead of 'bad' sugar, which bloats me.
